1. What VNFT™ Leasing Allows

• Organizations receive licensed permission to use the VNFT™ methodology inside their facility, program, or platform. 
• This includes access to the structured seven‑step process, the VNFT™ package, and approved VNFT™  language for internal use. 
• VNFT™ may be integrated into workflows, wellness systems, behavioral‑support structures, and digital features.

• Organizations may not teach VNFT™, certify staff, modify the method, create derivative versions, or distribute VNFT™ materials outside their facility. 
• VNFT™ may not be used clinically, therapeutically, or as a treatment. Staff may not be labeled as VNFT™ practitioners, providers, specialists, or certified personnel. 
• These restrictions protect the integrity of the methodology.

• Organizations may display the VNFT™ name and logo only in approved contexts and only as provided in the VNFT™ package. 
• The VNFT™ brand may not be altered, recolored, redesigned, or combined with other marks. 
• Organizations may not imply ownership, authorship, or co‑creation of VNFT™.

• VNFT™ does not collect, store, transmit, or track personal information.
•  All user data remains entirely within the organization’s existing privacy framework. 
• Organizations are responsible for secure storage, compliance, and preventing unauthorized distribution of VNFT™ materials.

• VNFT™ must be used exactly as provided in the package. No steps may be added, removed, or altered. 
• VNFT™ must remain a self‑guided, self‑contained sequence. 
• It may be used across populations, departments, and digital platforms as long as the methodology remains unchanged.

• VNFT™ is fully self‑guided. Staff do not need to facilitate, supervise, or intervene during use. Staff may introduce VNFT™ but may not instruct or train users in the methodology.

• VNFT™ materials may be used internally but may not be: – shared externally – posted publicly – uploaded to public websites – distributed outside the licensed facility – included in marketing without approval.
• All VNFT™ content must remain within the licensed environment.

• If the license ends, organizations must immediately: – discontinue VNFT™ use – remove VNFT™ from workflows and platforms – stop displaying the VNFT™ name and logo – destroy all VNFT™ package and materials.
• Continued use after termination constitutes trademark infringement.

• VNFT™ is designed for seamless integration. No equipment, staffing changes, or operational adjustments are required. 
• Organizations simply place VNFT™ into their existing workflows as a rapid‑response regulation tool.

• The VNFT™ licensing process follows five steps: – Review the Master VNFT™ Leasing Agreement – Sign the fillable PDF – Submit the signed agreement – Complete payment – Receive VNFT™ materials and begin implementation.
